Styling Consultation Package

Our Styling Consultation Package is designed to help homeowners maximize their property’s appeal before listing. For a one-time investment, we provide a thorough walk-through of your home, starting from the entryway and following the path a buyer would take. During the consultation, you’ll receive expert guidance on improvements, furniture placement, décor adjustments, and paint/color recommendations, with every room and detail carefully assessed. Clients are encouraged to take notes or record the session, and ongoing support is available afterward through email or text for any follow-up questions or photos. Standard consultations, ideal for homes up to 3,000 sq. ft., last 1.5 to 2 hours and are priced at $200. For larger homes over 3,000 sq. ft., consultations run 2.5 to 3.5 hours, with fees ranging from $275 to $325. This affordable investment helps you avoid costly price reductions and ensures your property makes the best possible impression on potential buyers.

Light Staging Package

If you are seeking to elevate the aesthetic appeal of your staged home, DHSS provides tailored accessory packages designed to complement and enhance your existing decor. Our customized options include a wide array of artwork, decorative elements, and essential accessories, ensuring that every corner of your space reflects a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. Let us help you maximize your home’s visual allure and create an inviting environment that captivates potential buyers.

Essential Service Package

For homes listed under $375K and under 2,000 sq. ft. The rooms staged usually include Living Room, Dining Area, Primary Bedroom, with accessories in the Kitchen and Bathrooms. Each package is customized for your specific listing and additional rooms can be added to each package. Staging includes furniture, textiles, wall decor, accessories package and an initial staging term of 60 days. Each package is priced based on the number of rooms staged, listing price of the home, square footage of the home, and style of furnishings chosen. Pricing starts at $2,600, request a quote.

Signature Service Package

For homes listed at $375K to $699K and between 2,000 and 3,000 sq. ft. The rooms staged usually include Living Room, Dining Area, Primary Bedroom, with accessories in the Kitchen and Bathrooms. Additional rooms can be added like a breakfast nook, family room, office, or any additional bedrooms, each package is customized for your specific listing. Staging includes furniture, textiles, wall decor, and accessories package and an initial staging term of 60 days. Each package is priced based on the number of rooms staged, listing price of the home, square footage of the home, and style of furnishings chosen.

Luxe Service Package

For homes listed above $700K and over 3,000 sq. ft. The rooms staged will be customized for your specific listing. Staging includes furniture, textiles, wall decor, and accessories package. The staging term will be negotiated at the beginning of the contract. Each package is priced based on the number of rooms staged, listing price of the home, square footage of the home, and style of furnishings chosen.

What is included in each package?

Preview - property assessment ($150 preview fee for vacant staging/will be applied to staging when appointment is booked)
Design - space planning, designing, and selecting inventory
Inventory - inventory pack, load, furniture rental
Delivery/ Staging Day - inventory delivery, installation/set up (72 hours is blocked off for each staging installation)
De-stage - furniture removal, pick-up, restocking, travel, cleaning
